We recommend following your vehicle manufacturer's service schedule, which is typically every 12 months or 10,000-12,000 miles, whichever comes first. However, modern vehicles with service indicators may alert you when maintenance is needed. Regular servicing helps maintain your vehicle's performance, fuel efficiency, and resale value while preventing costly breakdowns. If you're unsure about your specific vehicle's requirements, please bring your service book when you visit, and we'll help determine the appropriate schedule.

Most standard service appointments take approximately 2-3 hours to complete. For more comprehensive services or if additional repairs are needed, it may take longer. We strive to return your vehicle as quickly as possible without compromising on quality and thoroughness. We'll always provide you with an estimated completion time when you drop off your vehicle and contact you promptly if we discover any issues requiring additional time.

We accept most payment cards (credit and debit) through our card machine as well as bank transfers. Payment is required upon collection of your vehicle. If you have any specific payment concerns, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Yes, our qualified technicians are experienced in servicing vehicles from all major manufacturers. We have access to the necessary diagnostic equipment and genuine or equivalent quality parts for all makes and models.

Please be aware some newer cars may need to be serviced by the manufacturer in order to maintain the warranty.

MOT's can be carried out up to 28 days before expiry.

In the UK, most vehicles require an MOT test annually once they are three years old. Your vehicle must pass an MOT test by the anniversary of its last MOT certification to remain legal on the road.

For new vehicles, the first MOT is required three years after the date of registration, and then every 12 months thereafter.
